1/4 Of A Bag and What To Do With It
Well, a bit of an experimental failure today.
I have about 1/4 of a bag left of white chocolate chips (I don’t even like white chocolate why do I have this?) and so have been experimenting with it (other experiment here). Today I tried to see if I could make a pumpkin spice white chocolate bar. It looked promising at first but I think I wound up adding too much tea and so it didn’t harden again properly. Well, I’ll try again when I have the time.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp White Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Tea
- Rainbow Sugar Sprinkles for decoration
Method:
- Make Pumpkin Spice Tea via box instructions.
- Add White Chocolate and Tea to small bowl.
- Set to 1min increments, boil the mixture, siring occasionally to combine chocolate and tea.
- Once fully combined, pour into container of choice with a scattering of sprinkles (or other garnish), add more sprinkles on top and set to cool in the freezer.
Result:
- Thick cold goop -> not my desired result but could probably be used as a syrup for pancakes or ice cream or something.
